Welcome to AMPR! As you all know a Rescue doesn't run by itself. A rescue requires VOLUNTEERS and I suppose that is why you came to this page!

If you are interested in helping out at one of our fundraisers please fill out the form next to this paragraph!

The fundraiser coordinator of that specific fundraiser will be in touch with you! We have hours available to help with Community Service, Graduation Hours, Scout Hours for Badges/Goals, Communion & Confirmation, as well as just for fun!

In order to volunteer at most fundraisers you must be 15 years of age or be accompanied by an adult. The only thing we ask is that you be alert to your surroundings, listen to what is needed to be done and then of course there is always puppy play time.

Volunteering at events requires leash walking, Pooper Scooping, Helping in the Smooches with Pooches Booth, Selling Baked Goods, and the willingness to learn.

If you volunteer your hours its a win, win situation. The puppies and dogs win by you helping and you win the satisfaction of helping save some paws!
